Despite the fact that it snowed in the GTA on Tuesday, we had a blast on Sunday at Shannonville; my farmer’s tan is just starting to even out.
Steve’s car first; we’ve seen this car through so many stages and this one certainly doesn’t fail to impress:
These cars take a thrashing, that being said I now want something RWD to sling around the track
My favorite sequence of the day, RB26 powered 240:
It felt awesome to get the first show/event under belt. Winter needs to frickin die. The weather was great enough to warrant only t-shirts. That made the TOPP Drift season opener even better. First and foremost we were there to watch and support Steve and his e30.
From show car to drift slut. I’m sad i won’t see this car on the road anymore, but I’m excited to see it going sideways. Expect more changes for Steve.
Maybe painting it white, wasn’t such a good idea.
Drifting is an expensive and dirty sport. Luckily with the help of sponsors like Wheel Direct, many grassroots drivers are able to lap all day.
You might have seen Marin’s 240 in this Sylvania commercial. Though, with more fenders.
More pics from Geoff soon. He was able to grab more sideways shots.
Fredrik’s MX30 Cressida has become an internet darling the last few months. Awesome videos with crazy drifting will do that to a car. Here’s another one adding to his fame.
