Pfaff Tuning Show and Shine BBQ

First off, I have to credit where it’s due and say that Matt @ Pfaff did a bad ass job of putting this thing together. The cars, food truck, location and setup were all on point. The atmosphere was great and possibly most importantly; the show didn’t drag on at any point. Great work Matt.

I took more shots here than most shows this summer; mostly due to the variety and quality of the cars there.

Some shots of the employees’ and project cars inside.

Very impressive Euro Sports and Super Car turnout. Beginning with a 1250WHP Gallardo.

Berlin Klassik 2014 via Geoff

This was our second year a Berlin; personally I like this show due to the wide variety of Euro cars. I did a little more shooting than previous shows this year but unfortunately without the use of a polarizer some are a little…bright.

I always try to get as much Audi coverage as possible but there weren’t that many..sadly.

BMWs are always abundant

Vagkraft 2014 via Geoff

This Sunday in Brampton is what I look forward to most each summer; thankfully we had some summer weather. I didn’t get as many shots as I should have, but between spending hours detailing my car and trying to avoid excessive sun; it didn’t happen. I’ve been following this car online for some time now; it all started with wheels that didn’t fit…they do now.

Lu’s TT…now with Recaros, as if I didn’t like it enough before.

IMG_9769 IMG_9770 IMG_9772

Every year there are more and more B5′s at this show; this makes me happy.

FITTED 2014 via Geoff

As Gill mentioned there are few shows (local especially) that offer such an eclectic mix of high quality cars. We were fortunate enough to have a booth set up in the main building; I will start my coverage with that. More to come later!

Euro first (I’m biased)

You don’t see too many RS cars of any variety this side of the pond; try as I might to replicate the cool bits on my A car, nothing compares to the real thing.

Bagged Audi’s a plenty…

IMG_9553 IMG_9611 IMG_9642

There seemed to be fewer VW examples this year; but those that were there represented well.

IMG_9604 IMG_9580 IMG_9562

I have a soft spot for E46′s…this was my favorite BMW on Saturday.

IMG_9592

This white STI is just about always my favorite Subaru, if not car, at any show…now it has a (near) twin.

IMG_9582 IMG_9614

A bagged Supra…that’s new.

IMG_9576

This was right up there as one of my favorite cars of the day, and I don’t even really like Hondas.

Scraped.Crusaders. at TOPP Drift by Geoff

Despite the fact that it snowed in the GTA on Tuesday, we had a blast on Sunday at Shannonville; my farmer’s tan is just starting to even out.

Steve’s car first; we’ve seen this car through so many stages and this one certainly doesn’t fail to impress:

These cars take a thrashing, that being said I now want something RWD to sling around the track :)

My favorite sequence of the day, RB26 powered 240:

Brand new bag…

…well, wheels.

I have owned 13 sets of BBS, 4 sets of Rikens, 2 sets of Works, a single set of CCWs, countless OEM sets; and now, my dream set of OZs. Few wheels look as good as the Futuras; in my opinion of course. They need some work, not a lot. So they will be a side project while the LMs (which are currently being re-finished) are in use on the A4.

More to come as they get some love…

Megaspeed 2014 by Geoff

As Gill mentioned this event provides something for everyone; and we can certainly appreciate all Megaspeed had to offer, I even entertained the idea of trying to get my car there next year :)

Can’t argue with the rat rod look, it suits certain cars so well.

Some of my favorites from the “tuner” section above.

Many of these old school builds put just about everything else to shame :(

H2Oi-Leftovers by Geoff

I’m sitting here recovering from laser eye surgery trying to figure out which shots I have yet to post…it’s not the easiest task. I’ll start by posting some of the actual show (don’t think we’ve done that yet). I shot mostly Audi because, well, I like them.

Wheels=my favorite.

Very cool idea for a yellow car

Brotiform’s a-plenty

A hot girl with a bagged Audi and a plate with the word “slut” on it=win

I loved this car based simply on the fact that it had RS’ cooling covers.
