From better times. Remember not to text and drive people. Dave’s 3 was rear ended yesterday and is off to scrap :(. Most importantly, he’s fine.
Our second annual Eurokracy Kruise, Friday, June, 27th, 2014.
*Locations are approximated on map As with previous years, we’ll be leaving from our Start location on Friday morning. We’re leaving at 10am June 27th from Pickering. We will have 2 planned stops. One in Trenton and one in Morrisburg. Both will be at an ONRoute location. All subsequent stops will be made on a need be basis. People will need to go to the washroom, need to stretch, or switch cars etc. So expect a few stops. Our first Cruise did not require any extra stops. We did take a stupid detour which will not be occurring this year. Once we start the cruise, our progress will be posted on Facebook and Instagram. Participants should follow Facebook or instagram to gauge when we are nearing their on ramp. We will try to keep a consistent pace of around 110km/h. See you in Pickering!!
Damn kids making the fitment on my old Legacy look weak.
Despite the fact that it snowed in the GTA on Tuesday, we had a blast on Sunday at Shannonville; my farmer’s tan is just starting to even out.
Steve’s car first; we’ve seen this car through so many stages and this one certainly doesn’t fail to impress:
These cars take a thrashing, that being said I now want something RWD to sling around the track
My favorite sequence of the day, RB26 powered 240:
For me, H20i is the strip. I’m not a VW guy. I’m there to cruise up and down Coastal all weekend long. And have the occasional race. Considering Bron’s BMW and my Subie are both slow as balls, he was the only person I’d race. Our first race, I missed third so hard I didn’t even bother searching for it and let off.
Steve is washing off the newly painted E30. Silver RS’ on White looks great. I MAY be biased though.
Shits going down when Matt has his trunk open.
Stopped by at the DQ to reminisce about our first H20 trip. LINK>
Caught some rollers and this purple B5 pulled over for a few warnings.
It was a wet drive, but it seemed as though every time I looked in my rear view, a new car had joined our cruise!
Between Amanda (my other half) and myself, we were able to get some decent rollers. (passanger side shots are hers )
If you don’t see your car you were either too far back from me, it was raining too hard, or the shot did not turn out
Thank you to everyone who tagged along and kept us company on the drive!! It was an awesome cruise. – Matt
TFTI jerks. Kidding I did get an invite. Turned it down for Ribfest. Almost regret it. Devo is more than up to the task. So we’ll just post his video instead.
Keswick, Ontario. Home of Sterling Tire. Worth the drive. I was in need of some rear rubber. Since I ran 215 40s in the rear last year. I wanted a slightly chunkier chunkier 205 40 to keep the outer diameter and rake the same as last year. Ended up with Nexens. Almost identical size to my previous setup. I had planned on taking more photos but found out the hardest part about taking photos is just remembering to take more photos. lol. I seem to do that all the time. Dave and I shared photo duty. Still only managed 4 good ones. We did catch Jimmy from Pfaff Tuning in his M3, on the way back to Toronto. OOhhh lawwwwddd. That e92 sounded good.
The RWB Thailand shop has been busy the last year. Also home to my favourite RWB car. That grey and black 964.
