I had skipped out on the 2015 festivities. The traffic and drunk hooliganism from 2014 put me off for a whole year. Fortunately, last year was REALLY H2Oi, with constant tropical storm/hurricane conditions. I didn’t miss much. Initially, I hadn’t planned on trekking down for the 2016 event either. But at the last second I […]
That movie where the main character is helplessly watching his/her dreams slip away. That’s what the prospect of Porsche ownership looks like with these crazy prices. They’ve gone from “maybe one day” to “this bubble will explode soon, right?”. For now, I’ll have to keep looking at these from this end of the camera. And […]
After ranting last week about brand fetishists at VAGkraft I’m writing this week about the Porsche Concours event in Burlington a few weeks back. Suffice, to say there are certain occasions where brand elitism is condoned. Classic 911: The icon that started the 50 year plus span of 911s. I’ve always split the 911 from ’63-’74 […]
There was little notice, if any, of this Porsche meet at Porsche Centre Oakville. I only learned about it on Instagram. I’m glad I went through with it though. Albeit a tad late, I was told by Mauncho and Kurt (from Krazyhaus) that I had missed a good amount of cars. The classics were out. […]
I can attribute the late publication of this article down to Canada’s long winter. Those in the Canadian car community are forced to endure 5-6 months of drab, bleak, and desolate winters. All of which culminate in little to no original content within those months. So I’ve saved a few photo sets from summer for […]
The last few shots from our H20i trip consists of the multitude of visitors and random cars that came by 75th. Most of whom stopped by to see Brian Arthus who seems to know everyone with a car in the U.S. Including @farklefitment. @blowin_bags’s A8L @jdmodz`s BestJDM winner at First Class Fitment I’m […]
We have two commitments in Canada FITTED and Eurokracy. These are the two events that we attend no ifs, ands or buts. Now on its 5th year, the show decided to ramp up the quality over quantity. I can’t remember another show in Toronto where the competing cars were of this caliber Scraped.Crusaders. Favourite Ride at Fitted […]
Cars and Coffee is underway. They are now held once a month at Engineered Automotive’s shop. Siince I’ve moved to the west end, I like the new location much more 🙂 it also has the added benefit of allowing people to have a look into the shop floor. Which turned out to be of […]
This 964 is not an extensive build like their previous red one. But since its a Turbo and its on Fuchs, its such a better exanple of why 964s are internet darlings at the moment. Upgrades include Hybrid K27 turbo with a fuel enrichment controller, headers and BB muffler. K&N filter intake system and JIC […]
I’ve grown to really like these meets. We have a weakness for redheads. Though, she won’t take the place of our number one love, the GT3RS. A set of wheels, makes SUCH a huge difference. Never have I seen body roll like this thing.
The RWB Thailand shop has been busy the last year. Also home to my favourite RWB car. That grey and black 964.
Hadn’t realized how much work went into making one of these. Not sure I’d take one over a standard 2.7RS. LOL, like I could afford either one.
I’ll assume most have seen this eGarage video already. Perfectly shows the atmosphere of H20 nights. Hoping they can recover for this year. Also I’m late to the html5 game. The video plays much smoother when this option is selected.
